Opening an account will allow you to make purchases through the Gafla website. Once registered, you will not be required to re-enter your personal information which will ensure a faster check-out process. You will have the ability to track your orders easily online at any time. Sign up for our member e-newsletter, to keep you up to date on everything about Gafla.

Selected items that have been added to your Shopping Cart will remain there for the duration of your active session.
All items that display an “Add to Cart” button may be purchased online, subject to availability.
Once you have made your selection, please click the “Add to Cart” button to place the product in your shopping cart.
When you are ready to finalise your order, please click the “Checkout” button: you will then be guided through the order process.
You may remove products from your shopping bag by clicking on “Delete”.
To complete your purchase you will need to create an account or log on to your existing account.
When you have completely reviewed your order, click on the “Confirm and place order” button on the Website to place your order.

Your Gafla Jewellery purchase should arrive within three days (this is dependent on availability of the ordered item, also dependent on logistics scheduling) from the date of your order. Delivery may take longer if you have requested personalisation, such as engraving or size adjustment.
We have our dedicated courier and we have partnered with several courier companies to ensure hassle-free delivery for our customers.

We are only able to take orders for delivery to addresses within the United Arab Emirates but you may contact our Sales team to check your location, if we can proceed with shipping through FedEx.

Gafla Jewellery purchased through the Gafla Jewellery website may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Conditions of Sale.
In order to ensure your total satisfaction; a client or a recipient of a Gafla Jewellery product may proceed with a product return in accordance with the Return and Exchange Policy set forth below. Returns of Gafla Jewellery products that are not in compliance may be rejected and will be sent back to the client or gift recipient. All returns and exchanges will be subject to verification by our experts to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements.

•  Defective merchandise may be returned and refunded within 7 days of purchase date when accompanied by the original sales

•  A client returning a defective product can choose between repairing, replacing or returning the defective product
•  Non-defective products may be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 30 days of purchase date when accompanied by the original sales invoice
•  A credit note validity is 1 year from issuing date and can be used in GAFLA JEWELLERY L.L.C. located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
•  All non-defective products returned for exchange or credit note must be in a new, unused state and perfect sellable condition
•  When returning merchandise, the client must bring back the complete product including packaging and any related accessories
and boxes with the purchase (if applicable)
•  Gafla Jewellery will not accept a return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear, has been used or altered from its original condition in any way
•  Bespoke products and items that have been engraved, embossed or initialled cannot be exchanged or returned

Please note for security purposes, an adult must be present at the time of delivery. At this time Gafla can only accept delivery addresses within the United Arab Emirates. Please note that Gafla does not ship to PO Boxes.

Gafla is pleased to accept the following credit cards as convenient means of payment: Visa and Master Card.
In order to ensure that your shopping experience is simple and secure, order and payment transactions online through the Gafla Jewellery website are processed using a secure server.
Please note that the individual who submits the order must be the cardholder whose name appears on the credit card.

All Gafla Jewellery purchased through our website are delivered in one of Gafla’s traditional boxes. You can request a gift-wrap by including a message upon checkout, and we will then carefully gift-wrapped and placed in a specially protected delivery package.
